Biography

Ulises Durán Almazán, born in México City in 1976, studied Graphic Design at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México and later attended workshops in different artistic disciplines at the Academia de San Carlos, developing mainly in the areas of drawing and painting, as well as different means of reproduction such as engraving, lithography and screen printing, he is currently experimenting with ceramics and their production processes.

He has participated in group and individual exhibitions, inside and outside the country and has collaborated on visual projects with brands such as Nike and Red Bull.

He carried out two artist residencies, in Spain in 2008 and the Netherlands, in  2019.
